Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again Turbo tax Rip off It takes forever & you hide fees until processing. Impossible to correct to LPdelete. Will NEVER EVER use again. Mine was fairly simple return for $212. Ridiculous!!!

Having the ability to talk to Turbo Tax employees whenever I needed them was a great help in navigating unfamiliar territory this tax season. Marc and the other CPAs on staff were terrific and if they didn't know the answers to some of my questions, they researched my questions and called me back the next day to help rework my questions with me. They were all polite and courteous. I never felt rushed or like my questions were beneath them. they were really great to deal with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from does an okay job.. still buggy buggy at the end when you try to file with no clue on how to fix the errors. cant edit forms directly. will have to guess and navigate back to the right place. if you dont guess that, you will be STUCK !
