Only complaint was that on 2 occasions, I signed off prior to entering some info on a form and when I returned to the program, it was very difficult to find that step. In the second caee, it was asking me to enter the info from my 1095A and I never could find that step again. Since the individual mandate has been struck down I just filed withgout it. Otherwise it would get a 5,
