Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still easy but missing a couple things I have been using TurboTax for probably 10 years. I now find it more difficult to use the support options to find answers to questions - it just was easier to find and use previously. It also used to be the case that along the way, you could view the actual forms (i.e. a 1040 or Schedule C) as you went through the process. Now there doesn't appear to be any way to do that or if there is, it is certainly not easy to figure out. Lastly, I like those options like "why am I getting X refund" that give you an explanation of multiple sections along with a comparison to the previous year BUT there should be a way to print those explanations! I ended up taking some screenshots so I had it for reference. That seems like something you could fix. I did use the live help and switched from chat to a phone call. Judith S. was knowledgeable and very quick to answer my questions regarding the sale/purchase of a home which was quite helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good program but with glitches Most of program worked well. However, the Georgia State return had a lot of trouble with the educational donation credit. Error messages were in error and unintelligible. Fortunately, I call TurboTax and Kimberly was able to get around the glitch.

She wasn't really any help and kept repeating in her answers things I had already said in my question. I decided to do my own research and then I filed return. Process overall was very easy.
