They constantly try to upsell during your entire to while working on taxes and online experts/chat not helpful. I am truly disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Desperately needs an update. TurboTax app doesn't support changing font size - font is unreadable on a 27inch 1440p monitor. The app also crashed on me once and I had to start all over again. Why does it not automatically save your progress after each page? Come on guys, this is 2021, add some modern features to your app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax Takes the Pain (Mostly) Out of Taxes Turbotax knows the federal and state tax landscape. It's like having an experienced accountant lead you along the path of least resistance to the best possible result, except you don't get a big bill afterward. In short, they help you keep as much of your hard-earned cash as is legally allowed.

Using product as loaded (with previous years data on my hard drive), process just didn't seem to be as smooth and self-explanatory as it should be. I don't feel confident that the software did an accurate job at figuring out my total tax liability.
