Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it I had to file an amended return because of cryptocurrency errors. Easy to erase previous error and add the corrections. Amended returns were free to file.

Excellent help from Gail, who also helped find a $200 state refund credit. She provided thorough and detailed help thoroughout the entire process of IRS and state tax paperwork. She was great…I recommend her highly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Accurate with helpful explanations I have been using Turbotax for years. Last year my husband wanted to file with an accountant to be sure we were getting our maximum refund. I put it through Turbotax and compared it with the accountants numbers. We were within $25 and we had to return to the accountant a couple times and there was a delay in response by a couple weeks. We will continue using TurboTax!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I found turbotax misleading. I was disappointed that I did not receive the 20% off fees that was advertised in the email I received this morning. I used the link in the email when I went to my return to file. I did not get the 20% off and was not given a change to review the add on services and accidentally added a package I did not intend to add.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great for medium complex returns Turbo Tax is great about asking questions if and walking you through new scenarios if your taxes aren't too complicated, i.e. multiple investments, rental properties, etc. It's a little pricey for the super easy taxes too. But if you're in the middle like me, then it does a great job. I do like the new features that auto-populate information from documents.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy for the false claim of 0 state fee Though the software claims it charges 0 to file for state, it charges me $25 for "e-file" for the state. It is a false claim and almost feel like a cheat of hidden fee that force me to spend extra money after I already spent hours of hours to fill in the form. I'm extremely unhappy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax was not as user friendly this year I have used TurboTax for 24 years and have always had rave reviews with layout, ease of use, etc. But, this year, it was not user friendly particularly in the stock / mutual fund section. It too more clicks to get things entered, the AI for connecting to 3rd party websites did not reconcile with previous years so I had duplicates and had to still manually enter a lot of information. In addition, the blue hyperlinks in this section were often not helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is so easy to use. I was a tax preparer in the past. I use Turbo Tax for my whole family. It is incredibly easy to navigate and it makes filing simple. I highly recommend it for most returns.
