Rated 4 out of 5 by from my 2 cents Experience was good...typical to prior experiences for the last 20+ years.... one suggestion....include an option when you buy Turbo Tax service that allows you to pay up front for the filing of the state return....it is an annoyance to be charged more at the end of the process...make all filing free so there's not the aggravation of credit card charges....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in TurboTax this year I have used TurboTax for several years, and always found it easy to use, and easy to file electronically. This year was another story. When I tried to file, I was told there was an update, when I attempted to update, I was told there were none. I tried to manually update (twice), I uninstalled and reinstalled (twice), tried using my hotspot vs. wi-fi. Any suggestion I found online, I tried, with no success. I had already paid to e-file my state, which I now cannot due, and am out that money.
