Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax transfer not easy Installing new Turbotax software and trying to use the previous year's tax data and other personal information on the latest tax return is not a simple exercise or straight forward task. For example, there is no written directions or information from Turbotax as to how to update the prior year's tax information into the latest software. I would appreciate next year's software to explain this process better.

The past 2 years I have had some issues with them not accomodating the tax forms issued to me. And the AZ form I used this year I found confusing and incomplete in directions. Good thing I had already prepared it by hand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Printing date of return It would be nice to be able to go back to a return a month or two later after printing for mailing, or even later and have the initial date of printing still available instead of the date that you are now checking. Mailed return, haven't received refund, don't have date it was printed and mailed originally.
