Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the best way I've done my taxes! I used to go to the free sites, or the green company. A few years ago someone talked me into buying TurboTax. So much better than any other option. All my info from previous years is right there, no hunting through the filing cabinet. The program goes through every scenario, start to finish it is an easy experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2022 Use of TurboTax I have used TurboTax since 2007 and thankful each year for it. This year some of the questions were a little vague. I did have a problem with the my federal but got it fixed with TurboTax's help and both Federal and State returns were completed and accepted.

I am extremely frustreated with Turbo tax for a number of reasons: I have a German address because I live in Germany and Turbo tax does not recognize this on certain forms like the 1099-INT from investment companies. Also, Turbo tax will not let me use my US credit card from USAA Bank because I have a German address. USAA accepts this,but Turbo Tax won't. This is now the third time I have made this complaint. Unless Turbo tax fixes these problems and writes and tells me it has been corrected, this was the last year I will have used Turbo Tax. And last but not least, getting through to someone who can help with my questions regarding these things is absolutely horrifically bad. When you tell the voice tree you want to speak to a representative, I ought to be put through. But after 30 min of trying different ways, I was able to contact someone. The ability to get to customer service SUCKS! Once I got through, the woman who helped me was extremely helpful, not that she could fix the problem, but we established a work around. I will not go through this again. Either it gets fixed, or I am done with Turbo Tax!
