Rated 3 out of 5 by from I love the software but they trick you into buying I easily filled out my simple return, made easier by them being able to refer to the previous year's return. However, they repeatedly try to upsell you premium services, which I don't need. I kept trying to avoid them, but they got more tricky to avoid. I accidentally clicked a premium package and couldn't delete it. I contacted their support, who helped me delete it, but then it inexplicably returned. At this point I don't know what I paid for this service. I'm annoyed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo Tax is Awsome hi ive been this program for 5 years now always great.This time i messed up the first time didnt know how to fix it asked for assitants and kristie was a great help she did her job and fixed it quickly,always happy with turbo tax i recamend you to everyone its fast and easy,till next year thanks again. ann marie
