I made an appointment for a phone assist (very easy to do) and David was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very helpful

Rated 2 out of 5 by from There is no easy way to downgrade I used TurboTax Premier last year because I had a special situation. This year I tried to downgrade my plan and there was no way to do and I ended up paying more than paying a live accountant to do my taxes for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Scams you to buy unnecessary stuff There is no reason to get spend 150 to file taxes if it was free last year. No reason to spend 150 for boxes to autofill if I have to review it myself. I can just as easily type in the information
