Rated 5 out of 5 by from I NEEDED HELP WITH MEDICARE WAIVER PAYMENTS I HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH JORGE WHP HAD MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS...I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR HELP MUCH SOONER.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gets the job done - wish it was like it was before It was easy to use, it is convenient especially if you have used it to file your taxes before because it will sync the previous year's tax returns... however it is disappointing that it is no longer free... they make you select the TurboTax Deluxe version, give you the option to "pay out of your returns" for the $39... however, right when you are going to file... then they stick you AGAIN and take out an additional $39 to deduct it... So in total not only is it no longer free... now they take $78 out of your taxes! You do all the work and they get to take it out of your return, twice! Once the $39 -- understandable, we still need to use the platform but twice!? Disappointed... but again for the fact that it is set up with all my information already... they got me. :/
