Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use My dad use to do my taxes every year and he was great at finding any possible deductions or ways to get the tax refund in my favor. Turbotax does that for the most part and it is easy to follow along, still wish I had my dad to be sure I fully understand the process and what these forms and questions are. It's hard for a "program" to know the real you so who knows if I am getting every dime I truly deserve. Texas has such outrageous property taxes and you need to be as creative at getting the most back as they are in creativity to get it from us.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year sucked Has worked great in the past, this year I couldn't e-file because turbo tax kept asking for my 2020 AGI???? I filed with you last year, it wouldn't upload???? So I have to file by mail because your chat help is so slow, I waited 20 minutes and gave up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax has become questionable Too many 'glitches' and bugs that require users to 'go back' in interview steps. Having completed the entire interview process, the program updated a couple times and ended up (during the check) finding some 'missing information' on tax forms. I had to go search the help page and read thru a thread of 12 users to find a solution that I should NOT have had to. This was related to the child tax credit and Foreign Income credit. In the case of the Foreign Income Credit, the interview changed the third time I went thru it (indicating it was an update?). I've been a devout TurboTax user for over 20 years, and I like the product. This was the 'buggiest' year yet. I'll give you 5 stars next year, but I can't just because I'm not sure if my e-file will be kicked back (if what I read in the help support topics is accurate) Suggestion: if you fix some items in a push out to users, in a push window, tell us to go back and re-complete the interview sections related to the change/update.
