Rated 3 out of 5 by from hidden fess makes you pay for college refunds You say that we can file for free but there's always something that makes us has to pay for the extra help when its not needed. We should only pay if we need to talk to someone in help us file out taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is simple and easy to use! TurboTax saves your info so you don't have to re-enter anything if you've used it before. You can upload your W-2 which saves time on having to enter everything in manually. It will break down and explain things you don't understand or you can talk to an agent for free. The only thing I don't like is it will make you pay still if your return is not "simple".

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible, never using this website again. 7 years using this website and never has it FORCED me to "upgrade". It cost $35 to upgrade to "Delux" and then charge me again for a $122 additonal "turbotax charge" for I don't know what reason other then they could. I had no way of denying or refusing the "upgrade" so for that I'll never use this website again.
