Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax did make it easy Overall the Turbo Tax On-Line Excellent except for one area and that was not being able to download TurboTax-Itsdeductable into my Contributions Donation Section. When I did have issues or questions TurboTax did explain how to do something or what something meant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My experience was not worth the fee I had to pay for my expert but it took her longer than she said to finish my taxes. I reached out to her and would not hear from her. She was not professional in my opinion and i still got charger $100 for her poor service. I will not recommend

During the last 3 years I have also become familiar with Tax Slayer which I use as a volunteer tax counselor for the AARP program. I still prefer to use TurboTax for my personal taxes because it is easier to use and helps me to be sure I have taken advantage of all possible tax savings. Congratulations to the TurboTax team!!!
