TURBOTAX IS USER FRIENDLYI've been using Turbo Tax for 7 years now and it very user friendly and when I had questions. I was able to speak to the representative in a right amount of waiting time. The representative was able to help me patiently and my questions were answered and explained to my knowledge.

Problem with WA State Employer ID All ZerosW2 has zeros for WA employer ID. System would not allow electronic filing and no help was given to resolve the issue.
