Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Sucks! oing deluxe was advertised to me as only $40 (which I have to say is still a rip off) and then suddenly at check out, it was $40 for federal, $40 dollars for state, and $40 dollar processing fee. It wasn't even worth the $90 dollar tax break it almost got me for being in college. THEN to undo this almost-subscription, I had to reset the whole account and start my taxes from scratch after just finishing them.

While others are panicking about having to file their taxes, I know that when I do, it is going to be a seamless experience. Turbo Tax makes filing my taxes so easy by asking simple questions and making sure I get the best refund possible.

I used the live help and they just referenced the online database and copied and pasted the answer which did not answer my questions. Then they just disconnected and I was also not sent a survey from employee Jammina who helped me to then just disconnected
