Turbo Tax is great!I've engaged with 6 turbo tax agents this go around. The 1st 1 was nice & I thought she fixed the problem. 2nd 1 was nice & tried to fix it also. 3rd one didn't have a clue & transferred me to someone else. 4th 1 was rude & acted like she didn't want to work. 5th & 6th 1 kept me with Turbo Tax & went the extra mile to help me fix the issue, they both helped me at the same time & worked together personally to solve the issue.
