Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax TurboSucks I have used Turbo for years and am surprised at how expensive it is. They try to charge you for the stupidest things. A $39 CONVENIENCE FEE to have my payment come out of my refund? That is outrageous and probably doesn't cost them anything to do. I will definitely be switching service next year. I only stuck with them this year because I'm in a rush and don't have the time to look around and refill all of my info.

But I've found this go round that Turbo Tax experts know what they're doing to calm this grandmother down. I will inform all of my family members and friends to give Turbo Tax a try again, they won't be disappointed, I am grateful for your help.
