I just think it is just now as much as going to H&R or Jackson Hewitt now because of all of the improved software , the terminology does not make it user friendly anymore and you do not want to make a mistake so you pay the extras to insure that you have a piece a mind . If your customers have been utilizing you, they should offer some type of incentive. I been a customer for over 4 years . A discount should apply somewhere especially with all of the competitors all around now.
