Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's Okay It's just okay. I will probably start using another service. Some things are slightly confusing and just annoying to use. I find it annoying and difficult to go back after I selected the wrong option - selecting the back button sometimes brings you to another page than the previous one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time Turbo Experience For the most part it was very thorough, provided detailed questions to capture deduction opportunities, and ensure questions were answered correctly. The only recommendation I have for improvement is the 1099-NEC section that asks the user to link to a form. It was not intuitive and did not provide directions on what to do if it was not working. Other than that, I'm pleased with the system.
