Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a fan Whatsoever I heard a lot of good things about turbo tax, decided to give it a try. Turbo Tax was easy to use, But they Automatically made me use the premium package and would not let me change package options. Costed me 178$ I could have went to a real person and worked face to face for 80$ cheaper and get a better return, needless to say I will not be back to use turbo tax again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ripped OFF by the NO Customer Service LIVE Assist I used Turbotax last year, so this year when I started it asked if I had any questions. I asked why the return money amount Turbotax showed wasn't what the IRS had. It was off by a lot. The LIVE REP took my info, made me hold for almost 45 minutes (said she was looking into it) never came back and they ended the LIVE session. I got an email saying the ticket was complete (NO IT WASN'T) Then I proceeded to do 2022 taxes and they had the nerve to charge $89 after I received ZERO HELP from the LIVE Assist. I knew I should have taken the VA up on the offer they sent me for Military Veterans, lesson learned. This is how you lose customers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Like the convenience but.. I like the convenience but I don't think a poor college student should have to pay for three different returns. It cost me $216.00 to file and I'm only getting $24.00 back. I could have really used the $216.00. I think paying for one would have been more realistic. thanks
