Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax New Notifications Once I completed the tax return, I received a notification that the IRS could reject and you might need to complete an amended return due to Form 1095-A and Form W-2C - Social Security (SS) respectively. Neither of them apply to my spouse nor I so I am not sure why send that notification. My salary was high in which I met the SS max for the year and my spouse pay stubs reflected the right SS amount.

The support is also excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend it. I've been doing my taxes with them for the 3rd year and I'm very satisfied.

It is user-friendly, make it easy and quick to file. I haven't had major issues with them and it seems like every year they are adding new things like easy access to tax experts and able to search and ask questions.

I used the 24/7 live help at 10:37 pm and got a call back within 15 minutes and was a big help with the screen share.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had problem e-filing Arkansas tax return There were a few places when TurboTax would hang up and would not let me complete the process. One problem involved the state return (Arkansas). I couldn't e-file state (Arkansas) return because one of the 1099-R forms had a problem. TurboTax would not identify the form, or tell me what the problem really was. I skipped it and now I will mail in the return. Arkansas will probably reject the return and I will have to figure it out myself.
