Their system takes the "sting" out of preparing taxes by guiding the user through the process in a logical and friendly manner. I like the fact that they make available answers to questions the user may have along the way. Overall, I'm very pleased with Turbo Tax Deluxe!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive and the upgrades push is ridiculous I like the product for the ease of entry etc and the friendly format. I hate that everytime i turnaround they are pushing an upgrade for more money. This year they pushed one right at the end and I ended up paying by accident. Unlike a regular vendor website there is no way for me to talk to someone and get that charge turned around and removed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My biggest refund in ten years! David performed exceptionally well. He was a competent professional who patiently worked with me to complete my 2020 taxes. When it was all said and done, my tax refund equaled $1,800 higher than the previous ten years. I look forward to working again with him next year to get my biggest refund!
