Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long term turbo tax customer I have used turbo tax for years but with a new college student felt I needed some guidance so used the expert to help me out. John was very helpful and have already received my refunds. My only complaint was the constant text messages and emails back and forth took way too much time in my opinion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regret using this service Completely faulty. Wish I never used it. So many technical issues. They had to manually push my return through and never informed it was pushed through after I filed with another company, therefore charged twice. Do not reccomend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax live Was a first time user. Had completed my taxes using Turbo tax deluxe for a number of years. Had a new tax issue which I could not complete either with standard tax version or with on call help. Tax advisor was great to work with and supported with receiving my data . Will use Live version when necessary. Otherwise will use the online version of turbo tax

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A total waste of $100 1st of all the original interview was Conducted but not remembered by your tax "expert". Therefore things had to be redone more than once.Also I my preparer could not access my previous tax returns from Turbo tax. I really felt that was strange. I could have completed my return quicker than the preparer.
