Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Problems Well, the only problems were caused by me entering info in the wrong place. The mistake was noticed and questioned. Using the basic help drop-down helped me fix it. Other than that, everything was easy to navigate, and explanations were offered when needed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Frustrated I completed my 2021 taxes, for the second year in a row I cannot file due to all forms not available. This is very frustrating!!!!. I complete my taxes ASAP to file early as they suggest. But cannot submit due to Turbo Tax not having all forms available. Last year I got the form when the email was sent and completed and submitted on the same day Yes there was a lot of us. It, took three times as long to be processed due to Turbo Tax not being complete
