Rated 3 out of 5 by from NOT AS GOOD AS BEFORE I have been using TurboTax for 7 years, this year, the instruction in the last step which is designed to help to double-check errors annoys me a lot, I don't understand what does it mean, for the form 1095-A, it keeps saying it should be a 0 or blank, but the system filled 0.00 automatically, then I have to remove all the 0.00 one by one. It takes me an hour to figure this out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is easy to use. One thing you could improve on is assisting with IRS and state tax issues that may arise. They still won't issue my refunds from 2020 because suddenly they think my birthdate isn't what it is, apparently from some glitch with the SSA, despite the fact that I have for the last 45 years of filing taxes my birthday has always been 8/16/1961.
