Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax convenient but misleading I felt tricked into paying for a product (Deluxe) I did not need or want, and I could not undo the selection prior to payment. The user interface made it difficult to remove a Form that was not needed for this year's return. If I was not extra careful in reviewing the final 26 page PDF at the last second, Turbotax would have sent an incorrect form. It felt like there were hidden fees that I could not opt-out of before I hit my final submit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from College and Medical Expenses Normally my returns are pretty straightforward because I have been with the same company for the last 16 years. This year due to pandemic etc. I had high medical bills and was eligible for tax deductions I never knew about. Turbotax found them easily and applied them right away. I am also back in school, and with proper tax forms uploaded from the school, my deductions were easily applied.
