Personally I dislike the robot assistance, the answers never seem to help, so the ability to get a live person either on the phone or via chat is wonderful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick & Easy Completed my return quickly, but received an Error message before finishing. Was able to speak with a live person at 9PM EST on a Friday relatively quickly. It turns out I needed to upgrade my system to Windows 10. I've used TT in the past and will continue to use it in the future.
