Last year we had to use a Tax Pro because we were in a family situation where we were not able to process our own. TurboTax makes filing your own taxes simple, even if you have businesses. The only thing I don't like is the price, we usually spend about $150, we took out Max this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good except for Credit Karma Trick I like using TurboTax, but I didn't like them trying to trick you into using Credit Karma this year. The UI was really confusing, making it look like you could only get your refund via Credit Karma.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Life is Easier I appreciate Turbo Tax's help in filing my taxes, but they charge an exorbitant amount for unusual tax situations. I have to upgrade to get things processed and I think that's unfair.
