Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love using Turbo Tax Turbo tax always guides you along the way and there is always a chat available if you should have questions. I love how it double checks your returns for errors and if there are any it will take you to the exact spot that you need to correct.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rep Came Through With The Live Chat I had an issue with a form I didn't receive this year because of changes in employment and health insurance, and the Live Chat rep walked me through removing it and getting my taxes e-filed. Without them, I would've been filing by mail. Customer support during the pandemic has been a wild ride elsewhere. TurboTax still has it dialed in.
