Rated 1 out of 5 by from It used to be better I've used turbo tax for years and for some reason this year I found a lot of questions on my tax forms that I couldn't understand and no explanation of what they meant it was very stressful next year I think I'll consider another tax preparation service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I get sick of the perpetual attempted upselling I like that it auto imports the tax documents directly from my financial institutions, but am fed up with all the attempted upselling and hidden fees that increase as you go along. It should be a much more transparent process and I should not be harassed every other page to increase the product.
