Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful and sophisticated tool It really gets the job done, especially when dealing with multiple Fidelity financial management accounts. There are times when it gets obscure, such as explaining how it arrived at the calculated Colorado pension and IRA exemption amounts. I'm still scratching my head. Otherwise, it was great to work with, which I've been doing for decades.

I like how it intuitive it is and how it copies your information to the next year based on what you entered the year prior. I wrap up the year feeling confident that my taxes were done accurately. I'm a satisfied customer that uses both the corporation and personal versions of the software!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service, would definitely recommend to other Suan, my CPA did a great job of walking me through a few tax complexities. I greatly appreciate her patience and understanding. I would use her again certainly if necessary. As for the turbo tax software, its really easy to use and makes filing taxes a breeze. I would suggest a feature where one can easily bulk upload documents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Women Duo Assistance Charmaine and Amee both were absolute wonderful and helped put me at ease and calm me down when I was freaking out after another online company said they could do my taxes and we’re doing them as business taxes instead as a single person household one. I almost lost thousands of dollars by following through with that other program, but thankfully I found TurboTax and was able to get everything uploaded and done in 2 days!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax is not very compatible with MAC I was unable to download my broker transactions due to some problem related to putting in my user id and password for the broker. They wanted to go through my Apple key chain. I spent 6 hours with Apple and Turbotax to resolve this. All failed. I used the advice of the community and succeeded.
