Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating By far the worst experience I have had with Turbo Tax. The product would not un-select boxes. I was unable to enter in data. Not helpful and the "Live Chat" feature was a robot pre-programmed with specific responses which did not answer the questions asked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a lifesaver I filed my taxes on my own for the first time, and having the Learn More options really helped me understand exactly what information I needed to input. It took a lot of stress and confusion off of my shoulders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo was and is awesome to use to file your taxes Filing my 2022 Income Online with Turbo Tax Premium was straight forward and went very smoothy as I had all of my documents and information handy before I started. Turbo had all the support that I might need should I have needed anything and I very much appreciated that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No option to print and file my state tax return I purchased Turbotax deluxe as I have for the past several years, which includes a state return. My state return is complete and ready to file. This year the option to print my state return to file it by mail seems to have been removed from the Mac version of the software. The only option presented is to pay an additional $25 to efile my state return. It's infuriating after purchasing the Deluxe version and easily filing my state return by mail for so many years.
