Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax lacks detailed information Turbo Tax should provide more detailed information on such things as Social Security taxable income, types of deductible expenses, State allowable or exempt income and deductions and credits. More help should be available to explain things since few of us are accountants.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Software download issue. For some reason I could not load Turbo Tax software on my computer. It seemed to be a common problem with others on the net too. I had to use the command prompt and fix and error code. Once the error code was resolved, Turbo Tax loaded properly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It leaves a lot to be desired this year! I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and I can say this is the worst year I have ever experienced. Usually I can finish my taxes in one afternoon and I have been working on this for the better part of 3 days. I will be doin48g next year's taxes on my own.
