Rated 5 out of 5 by from Streamlined home tax process 5th straight year using turbotax at home with no issues. I used to file with H&R Block but they charged me around $350 which is twice the cost of turbotax's generic edition. I would like if turbotax had a tab to enter any form number as opposed to them suggesting forms based on questioning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Customer Service! I struggled with e-filing due to an incomplete tax form that did not apply to my tax situation. Asked for a call, spoke to Rachel, a Turbo Tax Representative within minutes and she helped me find the and delete the incorrect form.
