Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier will not transmit I have tried every fix TurboTax suggests but my return will not transmit electronically. They advertise how easy the program is to use but that is not true. They are quick to offer mailing the return when E-Filing doesn't work. This is misleading and contrary to what they promise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome! Easy to use. Only problem was at the end when I hit the button to say I was not aa robot. It just kept going around in circles. That was on my IPad so I has to file it from my lap top instead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some problems I found in this year's Turbo Tax I ran into a problem this year that I don't remember from years past. On the review, Turbo Tax asked for additional info for a K-1 & several 1099-R's that I know I had already inputted. Well, I inputted the info again & TT immediately added the two together! I could not reverse the process, so I had to start with a new return & ignore the request to input a second time. This left some errors that prevented me from being able to e-file. Also, I did not realize that errors prevented e-filing & I paid $25 to file my State tax, which I have lost. Other that those two issues, I like the program.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is amazing to use, it is user friendly. I initially started doing my taxes with H & R Block but the questions were too complicated. I switched to TurboTax and I was relieved, it is so much easier and better to use. I will continue to use this service in the future.
