Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has been my "go to" for years I have used Turbo Tax since it came out and this year is the first time I had to use the Chat for help. they resolved my issue in less than 30 minutes and my refund is on its way. Great tool and great customer service

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax used to be awesome Nothing auto filled this year. Even though this is my 8th year using Turbotax. Paid to file because of ACA tax credits 1095 and extra to pay fees to Turbotax from my Federal Return. An accountant would have been cheaper.
