Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax!! This is the second year I've used TurboTax and it is so easy! The way it goes through the return by asking you questions gives me confidence that I won't leave anything out or miss anything. So much easier than reading the instruction booklet :-). I also love how it brings forward your last years information so you don't have to retype so much. I will continue to use TurboTax every year without hesitation!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Double Charged for State Tax Filing One state tax was supposed to be free but the program would not email until I paid them $25. I only needed to file one state return so there was no way the included state filing had been used.

This year I had a few hickups with pulling data across from Financial institutions but the first one worked perfectly. Not sure if it was them or my system. everything worked great after that until it came to time to make final review before submitting e-file. Support checked it out and we finished. Again could be TurboTax or my system. Still think TurboTax does a good job and I got a refund so I'm happy.
