Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs work Could never get it to resolve a problem. If I removed info it was wrong when I put it back it was wrong. Auto populated wrong amount for aging from previous year. Had to print and mail, then IRS cashed the check but lost taxes. Been using Turbo Tax over 20 years. Time to try someone else next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I Came Back a while ago I decided to go through H&R Block since I had some difficult situations I was not comfortable with doing on my own. For the last 3 years, I used H&R Block due to being pressed for time and convenience. However, in the last 3 years, they have done something wrong with my taxes. So this year (Tax year 2022), despite still having some difficult situations, I decided to switch back to TurboTax. it was the best decision I made and reassured myself that I can get through my own taxes with the help of the TurboTax professionals on here. Thank you so much!!

Always made me nervous, didnt think it was something I could myself.. but using Turbo Tax, they made me feel like a pro. I do suggest using a laptop, instead of cell phone-it can be done-but its a completely different experience.
