Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good but falls short on some items. I've used TurboTax Home and Business for many years and am still disappointed by some of the shortcomings. First, whenever updates are made their should be more details included in the explanation so I know whether the changes would prompt me to review any specific aspects of prior work. For the last two years the prior tax year value for State and local taxes greater than $10,000 does not get displayed. The program only shows ($0). Too often I find the explanations too brief and the reference to IRS materials too vague. I really liked the Tax Breakdown feature. Lastly the California state return help information is also lacking the details I expect when paying for a Tax prep application.
