Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but helpful The customer service is excellent and I will never use anything besides TurboTax for ease of use and being able to do it at home. The tax expert was fantastic but the cost of deluxe is very high. If my return were less complicated this year I would have self filed on TurboTax which is what I will do next year.

It takes more time to collect your numbers than it does to input the data. Explanations are readily available. This year it seemed like there was duplication in the wages/income section. That being said, there were alerts at the end of the section to review and correct. It probably was user error!
