Very luckily, Turbo Tax gave a big help. If not so, I would not know how to do it. Thank you very much for your excellent software. I appreciate this very much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trustworthy and always right I've been using TurboTax for at least the past 8 years. It's convenient to have all my info stored from year to year with access to them all! This year I neglected to scroll down a page to read one of the many increasingly helpful explanations, so I needlessly over-reviewed my form. Also, don't forget you can review the actual forms that will be submitted just before you file for easy comparisons to last year. Over the years anytime I thought there must be something wrong, I was right. I was wrong, not TurboTax!

I needed a lot more doublechecks than I remember doing previously, but that may be because you are more thorough than Tax Slayer that I used last year. Previously, my taxes were done by a CPA because my husband and I owned rental property. He died in 2017, I sold the property, and now fed taxes are much simpler. Since I have several incomes, SS, his and my pensions, it is complicated. I spent a lot of time working on deductions only to find out that the standard deduction was several thousand dollars more which was very disappointing. Is there any way for your users to be made aware of how this can be avoided?

Only issue was entering the 1099-G Agriculture Payment in the farm income. It did not add to the farm income. Called online assistance, she could not help. During final tax form review it highlighted the error and allowed me to add the farm payment, but required a form link to be removed. A second online assistant very quickly showed me how to delete the link.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax - Simple, Easy and Fast Filing taxes made easy. I used this product for almost 10 years now. I would say that it gets easier each following year. The explanations and tips are very helpful and informative, especially when the tax laws are changing.
