In the past it was a feature that kept me informed as I went through the process of each step of the return. This year it kept me in suspense until the end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax it was easy step by step. if i didnt know what something was or meaning there where helpful guiding next to it to explan it, also there live assists was wonderful friendly and patient and help solve the problem and double checked that they wher doing it right. appreciated the step by step and live help i got to do my taxes helps for next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax returns completed in minutes, I love it! I've used Turbo Tax for the last few years. It is a very intuitive program and knowing that if audited I will be assisted by experts is the big plus.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic if you know how to use it I always do my taxes myself first and then check TurboTax. I got the corrections and was impressed with how well the software works. However, I had to prompt the software to get me to my biggest credits. It helps to know tax law inside and out, no matter who you are.
