Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed first time user There were so many problems I encountered while filing through turbo tax. There were multiple times forms got stuck in a loop or hours of manual adjustments were cleared out and needed to be re-entered. The experts in live chat did their best, but were often limited by technical issues (the app was frequently unresponsive / screen sharing functionality wouldn't work in specific browsers, etc). A few of the resources were either missing or out of date w.r.t. UX changes, so it was often hard to follow along, specifically for backdoor and mega backdoor roth setups. Estimates on tax due and refunds would swing wildly throughout the process with no explanation (maybe this is just a personal preference, but a 10% swing in tax burden should at least come with a tooltip or informational box).
