I was a little lost, but with the help of two employees, we were able to get everything back on track and completed. And the employees who assisted me tonight were so kind, patient, sweet, and incredibly helpful, and I appreciated their help!

I'm a little bent just because there is a minimum investment to list in return, and the tool indicated paying an expensive premium to finish. It only shows once you are further into the return, making a switch troublesome. Well played, Turbotax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problem with w-2 entry Unable to enter w-2 information while the program was installed on a MacBook Air laptop. Unable to advance beyond entering the employer's information. The "Continue" button would not appear allowing me to input the income information. However after installing the Turbo Tax program on a desktop Mac, the program worked well with no problems. It was very frustrating and I lost a lot of time trying to figure this out. Also, it would be helpful if you had a customer service phone number printed on the tax program so I can easily make that help call if needed.
