I would love to provide the names of the other associates however my memory is bad so I can't remember their names. However, to all of you AWSOME JOB!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Illegally taking, and takin Charging people illegally is ridiculous! $ 39 for filing, $39 for paying, $39 for Turbo Tax and this was a free e-filing. Won't do it again! Wasn't there a lawsuit against this?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Level of expertise of live specialist questionable I talked to 3 specialist - the first one is great and knowledgeable, the second two take s a long time to answer a question and especially the third one just exit the chat without saying anything. I spent a few minutes online then googled the answer myself. Not sure this is worth the money I paid for
