Everything is set up for easy flow in steps so everyone can ensure a complete understanding of what is needed and the following steps to file.

The online prompts, FAQs and reference documents were easy to read, understand, and apply to my situation. I got stuck in a few places and the online chat feature with tax professionals was extremely helpful; I never had to way any longer than 10 minutes to speak with alive person.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Exactly Effortless or Streamlined At many points along the way, the experience feels overly and perhaps unnecessarily redundant. This has been a long-held sentiment over the years which is now exacerbated by adding Form 8949 to the mix. It must surely be difficult keeping up with the many and ever-changing wallets, exchanges, and tax companies within the crypto space. Still, various .csv file exports wouldn't match up, many popular crypto wallets weren't listed, and the automated feature to fetch information from Coinbase wasn't working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes taxes easy. Been using turbo tax for years. Makes taxes easy, always feel confident in the accuracy and that I'm getting a best return. I also have complicated circumstances like child deductions, interest, investment income, options, dividends, capital gains, rental income, etc.
