Rated 4 out of 5 by from Terrific Turbo Tax If you can use a keyboard, then TurboTax is easy peasey. Collect the tax documents, answer the questions, and when completed hit submit and you're done. Couldn't be much easier. The reason I didn't give five stars is that some customer service agents are not as familiar with tax codes than others. When that happens, I call back until I can speak to someone who is versed in my tax question. Eventually, I get the assitance I need.

It is thorough, convenient, efficient and provides great support for the tax filing process. The tax experts I have called on to help me (this year it was wonderful Tameka) have been so professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly, relieving me of any stress I have when working through situations I am unfamiliar with. I couldn't do my own taxes without this support. Many thanks for all Turbo Tax offers to make the challenge of doing one's own taxes easy, fast and successful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Wonderful Turbo Tax is excellent! Turbo Tax is a great tax tool. -- I made an error in the Use Tax section and entered too much, $20, where I thought Turbo Tax would figure a tax on $20 and not take $20 from me.
