Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Best Way to do My Taxes Preparing and filing my taxes, Turbo Tax is easy, quick, simple, thorough and gives the best guidance and advice. The most appreciated feature is TT's review -- it is thorough and very explanatory, leaving me comfortable and confident in filing my federal and state tax forms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax live is the way to go! TurboTax life is great because you get a professional to do your taxes so you know it’s done right. But it is much faster and more convenient than the normal brick and mortar tax preparation places.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unable to download froms from fidelity I used the cd to install the software. Just like previous years turbo tax would not load the from fidelity. ID & Passwrod were correct as I was able to log in to Fidelity from my browser.. With ONLINE turbo tax you can add these as a PDF import. The disk version did not allow this. Also, I could not switch to the online version since I already used my authorization code when I installed turbo tax. Customer service was not able to help reset my account so I could use the online version. Frustration due to poor development for turbo tax not online product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Massive waste of time Crypto investment software was a massive pain in the butt. I wasted a couple hours trying to figure out how to put them in properly. The document upload section does NOT automatically add the 1099 info into your account. Why do I have to upload it twice and then go edit the info because you still couldn't pull the numbers out correctly? Waste of my time and energy There was then an unknown error on my return that prevented me from being able to file (not related to the crypto stuff). I wasted a bunch of time trying to figure it out myself, then over an hour on the phone with someone with no resolution. I've used turbo tax for the past 3-4 years because I thought it was easy. But this will be my last time. Saving a few bucks was not worth the hassle and lost time.
