Rated 4 out of 5 by from Live assistantance was not very helpful Didn't feel that the Live assistance support was very helpful. The "lawyer with x number of years of tax preparation experience" seemed like he was reading from a script and did not suggest anything that I had not already mentioned in my initial message for support. I would not bother using the Live service in the future it brought zero help to my situation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Errors showing up at the end 9 errors at the end of my Federal return, all dealing with things I did not input, or have anything to do with me. Plus, I had to figure out what was going on, since it just took me to a form with no explanation of what was wrong. $40 for the state return that used to be included, not great. Thanks for the help with inflation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax I had used Turbo Tax before but last year went to a CPA because it was our first year dealing with Social Security and we were afraid I would screw it up. But we found the CPA to be curt and actually rude. The Turbo Tax staff are the best and never made me feel like I was stupid. I was so glad to return this year and recommend them to all my friends

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT SERVICES its an easy and fast system; they're very thorough and caring. I recommend to everyone in my family. I just don't like the high fees but it is worth it ! 10/10
